After our confirmation, we expect you to make an advance payment of 25% of the total costs to the account number supplied by us, in order to finalise the booking. Your booking will only be definite on receiving of this advanced payment! This is non-refundable in case of an unexpected cancellation on your hand.

The remainder (including the deposit of GBP 140,-) ought to be received on our account 6 weeks before departure, at the latest. Directly afterwards you will receive all the necessary information to make your stay at Villa Padisah as smooth as possible.

The deposit will be refunded to your account within 1 week after returning home. (when required, after clearance of any damage costs)

For a stay in Turkey your passport requires a validity of 6 months on the moment of departure. On arrival, before entering the passport checkpoint, you are obliged to buy a visa at custom services at the airport, which is valid for 3 months and costs GBP 7,-.
