Villa Padisah was built in 2005 and accommodates a light, spacious and stylish lounge,

a particularly fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower + toilet), 1 shower downstairs (+ toilet), a roof terrace -, and a wonderful large terrace –with a comfortable, shaded dining area, relaxing lounge-chairs and parasols around your own private swimming pool of 6x4 m (depth: 1.70 m).
Naturally, all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Your holiday home is perfectly located: beautifully situated with the village of Kalkan only a 10 minute walk away.
The choice is yours: you can either make use of our taxi service or, of course, use your own rental vehicle, but a 10 minute walk downhill is always one of the options. (not suitable for the less mobile or wheelchair users)

By the way: pets, as lovely as they are, are not permitted; smoking, however,  is.

Thanks to its special location you have a clear view over the town, the bay and the evergreen surroundings.

Besides the beaches of Kalkan, there are many different magnificent (sandy) beaches within 20 minutes by car.
Another advantage of the somewhat elevated location of the villa is that, thanks to the pleasant ocean breeze, you can enjoy all that Villa Padisah has to offers you, even in the hottest summer months.
